Designing digital learning with the 70:20:10 learning model - online workshops
Workplaces are changing and L&D is struggling to keep up with new ways of working and the digital technologies that accompany them. The adoption of the 70:20:10 learning model is one way to increase learning in the flow of work and to increase the effectiveness of blended learning programs. Digital learning and digital tools beyond your LMS offer a powerful means of working with 70:20:10. This week-long blended learning program focuses on developing new ideas about ways to increase the impact of your digital learning program.
The workshop will cover:
- different approaches to designing blended digital learning using the 70:20:10 learning model
- how the mindset of designing learning ecosystems is the enabler for the 70:20:10 model
- how to use digital learning to help support and foster the ‘70’
- using digital technologies to develop a culture of continuous learning
- an introduction to social learning design and facilitation.
Outcome
During the program you will develop:
- new ideas about how to expand the impact of your digital learning program
- new expertise in how to use digital learning with the 70:20:10 learning model
- a personal action plan about how to improve your digital learning.
